We carry a large majority of items in stock however if your item is not something we have available from the shelf we still aim to supply within 3-5 working days to UK mainland destination. We operate a backorder system and can dispatch what items we have available immediately with the remaining item(s) to be delivered once received from the manufacturer. With daily collections from Parcelforce, DPD and Royal Mail if the item(s) are in stock orders placed before 2pm we will dispatch for next day delivery (UK Mainland only).
COVID-19: Due to the high volume of orders we are currently receiving there could be delays on dispatching you order. As some goods are delivered to us direct from many distribution centres in Europe there have been delays in receiving stock. We are working tirelessly to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible however in some cases orders are taking 7-10 working days to be dispatched. We thank all our loyal customers for their support and patience in these difficult times.
Larger items, such as Tool Boxes etc. are normally sent direct from the manufacturer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands and other remote areas, may take 2 or 3 days longer. These areas could also incur an additional carriage charge.
Carriage is FREE on orders of or over £40.00 + VAT (UK Mainland only & except some heavy items). Orders below £40.00 placed online, will incur an automatic £3.95 + VAT shipping charge.
If an error is made during the ordering process (i.e. incorrect house name, number or if a delivery address has not been selected) we reserve the right to cancel the order or incurr a redelivery fee.
We operate a shipping quote system through the website. This enables us to calculate the shipping manually and work out an accurate price depending on the item(s) ordered and destination. One of the team will then process this and you will receive the order back into your PrimeTools account or via email were you can then view the order with shipping. If you are happy with the shipping charges you can pay securely online using PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
We use DPD and DHL for worldwide shipping and aim to get the best possible price available to send your goods.
For European customers if you have a registered Vat number please provide this at time of ordering so we can then deduct the Vat from your order before send the shipping quotation back to you.
