PrimeTools provide specialist bespoke tool kit designs to build an effective control service whereby kits can be supplied in laser cut foam inlays which fit exactly into any tool storage system.
We can offer site visits to establish your exact requirements and offer advice on a perfect solution to suit your needs. Tools can be etched or tagged to provide full traceability and foam can be produced in your company colours to provide a unique and custom feel to meet the high demands of your business or profession.

Tool control is paramount in many industries due to providing full traceability of tooling. You can see at a glance that a tool is missing with the 2 part colour foam inlays showing the brighter colour behind once a tool is removed. This can ensure safety too with tools being left in an engine bay or aircraft which could cause production delays, damage or even fatal accidents. You will always know when a tool is missing from the kit and can ensure it is accounted for before a job is completed.
Laser marked etching is designed to customise each tool to a specific tool kit with a code or number to provide traceability. This is an essential part of modern production / manufacturing processes especially if you have more than 1 kit and multiple engineers. Having the tools laser etched can ensure that all tools from each kit are accounted for correctly at the end of each shift / day.
Yes you can. All foaming has a black top layer as standard however the bottom, coloured layer can be customised to your requirements or even company colour. You can choose from Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Grey, White, Purple or even Orange. More colours could be available on request. You can have separate coloured kits for specific shifts or processes.
We will do all the work for you. All we need from you is a rough idea of what tools are required. Our team will create a full contents list based on your requirements with data links to the products suggested. We will work with you to ensure the tooling is to your exact needs. Normally tools are set in the foam based in product categories (example: All screwdrivers together) however if there was specific tools used more frequently we can group together to ensure a more streamlined operation.
We can foam any tool storage, whether you already have your own storage in place or we can supply this as part of the project. From roller cabinets to fly cases we have got you covered. Custom laser etched tags / plates can also be supplied which can then installed on the outside of the storage solution to identify a certain kit or department in your workplace.
