WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG?

Tool and Meter panels are included when you purchase the “Blackout” version. This “Blackout Build-Out” version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and maximum flexibility to handle any job.

The Tech Pac Blackout is a blacked-out tool backpack for tool storage based on our Tech Pac but with Veto Pro Pac’s V-Swap™ system. You can purchase Meter, Tool and other panels as desired, including a Laptop Panel that can turn the bag into a tool bag/laptop bag, and the Laptop Panel can go in the front or the back, flat rubber panel for Bulk Storage, a Modular panel, Utility Panel, and Folio panel.  Includes V-Swap™ Tool Panel and Meter Panels, V-Swap™ Laptop, Folio, Utility, Modular, and Bulk Storage Panels all Sold Separately.
